These terms describe the basic rules for using LawnLedger during launch testing and paid availability.
LawnLedger is a homeowner tool that organizes Google Nest camera evidence into a cleaner service log for outdoor recurring work such as landscaping and snow removal.
The product helps you review likely visit evidence, but it does not guarantee that every service event will be captured, classified perfectly, or accepted by a service provider as conclusive proof.
You are responsible for connecting only Google Nest cameras and accounts you are authorized to use and for complying with the laws, rules, leases, HOA policies, and notice obligations that apply to your property and recordings.
You are responsible for reviewing alerts and proof records before relying on them for billing conversations or service disputes.
New paid subscriptions start with a 14-day free trial so homeowners can see roughly two typical landscaping runs before deciding. After the trial, paid access is billed at the advertised monthly rate for each property account.
You can cancel your subscription at any time through the billing controls made available in the product. Cancellation may pause future proof delivery and dashboard access after the subscription state changes.
LawnLedger depends on third-party services, including Google Nest, Google Cloud, Gmail, Stripe, and classification providers. Those services may change, fail, rate-limit, or revoke access outside LawnLedger's control.
If a third-party connection fails or an authorization expires, LawnLedger may be unable to receive events, save images, send alerts, or keep the dashboard current until the connection is restored.
LawnLedger is provided as a practical proof-of-service aid, not as a life-safety, security, legal, or insurance system.
Detections, summaries, confidence scores, and grouped visits may be incomplete or incorrect. You should use your judgment before acting on any record.
You are responsible for connecting cameras you are authorized to use and for complying with the rules that apply to your property, devices, and recordings.
LawnLedger may suspend access if the service is used in a way that harms the system, violates law, or attempts to access accounts without permission.
LawnLedger may change, pause, or discontinue features as the product evolves, especially during launch testing.
You may stop using the service at any time. LawnLedger may suspend or terminate access for misuse, unpaid billing, security risk, or violation of these terms.
For account, billing, privacy, or terms questions, contact the LawnLedger operator through the support channel provided with your account invitation.
