Privacy Policy
LawnLedger collects only the account details and short-lived service-event data needed to operate the private pilot and deliver alerts.
Information we collect
We may collect contact details, property labels, selected camera names, alert preferences, billing status, service preferences, short-lived visit timestamps and event metadata, confidence scores, and corrections you make.
Google Nest and Google user data
When you connect Google Nest, LawnLedger asks Google for permission to access Device Access data for the cameras you choose. Camera images are processed transiently in memory for visit classification and are never stored. All other SDM-derived customer data is deleted within 10 trailing days. LawnLedger's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not use Google Nest data for advertising, resale, credit decisions, unrelated surveillance, or training general-purpose AI models.
How we use information
We use this information to operate the rolling activity view, send same-day alerts, troubleshoot account health, suppress duplicate events, and provide support. Monthly SDM-derived recaps and new paid enrollment are paused. We do not sell personal information.
Storage and sharing
LawnLedger stores account configuration and only the short-lived SDM-derived records needed to operate the pilot. SDM-derived event, visit, and correction records are deleted within 10 days. Camera images are not persisted. We share information only with service providers needed to operate LawnLedger, deliver email, or comply with law.
Your choices
You can disconnect Google Nest access from LawnLedger setup, which revokes future Google access and stops new camera proof until you reconnect. You can also change alert recipients, cancel billing, or request deletion of your LawnLedger account and retained proof records by emailing justin.p.greenberg@gmail.com with the subject Delete LawnLedger account. We will verify the request and complete deletion within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
