This page explains what LawnLedger collects, why Google Nest access is requested, and how homeowner proof records are handled.
LawnLedger stores the account details you provide during setup, including your email address, property label, selected outdoor camera views, service types, alert preferences, and timezone.
When connected to Google Nest, LawnLedger stores event metadata, likely service detections, saved proof images, grouped visit records, review decisions, review notes, and delivery records for same-day alerts and monthly recaps.
Google Nest access is used to receive outdoor camera events, request the short-lived event image before it expires, and turn likely service activity into a homeowner-readable proof log.
LawnLedger is designed for recurring outdoor service proof. It does not provide general home monitoring, security dispatch, or continuous video browsing.
Your data is used to detect likely landscaping or snow-removal visits, preserve proof tied to those visits, show the proof in your dashboard, and send the alerts or monthly recaps you selected.
LawnLedger does not sell your account data, proof images, or review notes, and does not use your images for advertising.
Payment details and the 14-day free trial are handled by Stripe. LawnLedger stores Stripe identifiers and billing state so the account can stay linked to the correct subscription, but it does not store full card numbers.
If billing is canceled or becomes past due, LawnLedger may pause dashboard access and live proof delivery while keeping the account record needed to resume service.
Saved proofs, grouped visits, and review notes are kept according to the retention windows shown inside your account dashboard so invoice history stays useful without keeping raw data indefinitely.
Operational logs may be retained by the hosting and email providers for reliability, debugging, abuse prevention, and audit purposes.
LawnLedger uses service providers such as Google Cloud, Google Nest APIs, Google Drive, Gmail, Stripe, and OpenAI-powered classification to operate the product.
Data is shared with those processors only as needed to provide account setup, event processing, proof storage, email delivery, billing, classification, and system reliability.
You can choose which camera views, service types, and alert preferences are used during setup. You can also cancel billing through the billing controls made available in the product.
For access, deletion, correction, or privacy questions, contact the LawnLedger operator through the support channel provided with your account invitation.
This policy may be updated as LawnLedger moves from launch testing into broader availability. Material changes should be reflected on this page before they apply to new use.
